Today i will share my secret with you on successful content marketing.

Firstly, congratulations on taking the first step on becoming an influencer / brand ambassador / vlogger / blogger.

As you would have noticed there are are alot of influencers /brand ambassadors etc. out there and the question you should be asking yourself right now is how do i stand out from the rest????

My 5 Social Strategy Pillars

1. DEFINE YOUR AUDIENCE

You should know to which audience/market you are apealing to & your content is targeted around their interests. This is critical as you need to understand what they like, want and need.

2. BE TRANSPARENT

Be open, speak the truth. Ask questions. Engage with your audience. Building relationships are vital in this industry.

3.CREATE CORE MESSAGES

This will guide all your efforts in your marketing strategy.

These are your key messages you want your audience to walk away with.

4.BUILD A BRAND

By providing valuable resources and content to your audience you will make an impact on website traffic, create loyalty and have built brand loyalty.

5.TURN FOLLOWERS INTO ADVOCATES

Peer recommendation have proven to be more responsive than any other marketing channel.

P.S its critical that in your social strategy you empower others and help them develope/generate content to suit their audience

How to become an Infuencer in Your Industry?

I am fairly new in this industry, as i have recently started branding myself as a personal influencer / advisor on Instagram and blogging.

In a short space of 1 week i have been inundated with emails, phone calls and messages for partnerships / collaboration, with only 161 followers???

I was shocked! As many of the influencer’s i personally follow have over 2000+ followers and some have not had the opportunity of partnering with any brand? I was puzzled as to what made me different????

After speaking to other influencer’s and bloggers and researching the internet i found out its not the amount of followers you have that make you great its the content you putting out there that matters!!

So, over the next few weeks i will be elaborating on this industry “Personal Influencer’s / Brand Ambassadors ” and help those wanting to become their own brand / influencer / blogger. And help you understand and build the fundamental pillars of a solid influencer strategy so that you can cut through the chatter and be heard.
